About Dermatology Partners of the North Shore
Dermatology Partners of the North Shore (DPNS) is the largest private dermatology clinic in the Chicago North Shore area. For more than 20 years, the highly trained, board-certified dermatologists at DPNS have been dedicated to providing personalized care for each and every patient. Our team strives to achieve excellence in every aspect of your care from your initial consultation until you have completed your treatment.

DPNS is in-network with the following list of provider networks.

Please note we have seen an increase in policies that limit members to a narrower network of providers. We highly recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that DPNS is in-network with your specific coverage prior to scheduling. When speaking with your insurance company, keep in mind that our office is not affiliated with NorthShore University Health Systems.
Our office does not participate with any medical assistance policies such as Medicaid plans. In addition, all HMOs policies except Northshore BCBS Precision HMO will require a referral from your primary care physician.
Cancellation Notice
We kindly request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Same day cancellations and/or missed appointment fees start at $50 and are based on the length of the appointment. Please call our office at (847) 272-4433 if you would like to cancel or change your appointment. You may also contact us via email at staff@dpns.net.
EMA Patient Portal
The EMA patient portal provides DPNS patients with secure access to their health records and billing statements. You can access the portal through this link or by visiting dpns.ema.md. You can contact us via phone or email if you need your login information.

Paperless E-Statements
We’re proud to share that DPNS is paperless and has transitioned to electronic billing statements. With e-statements you can have easy access anytime, free yourself from clutter, and help make a positive impact on the environment! All e-statements are accessible through our patient portal. You will be alerted by text and/or email when your statements are ready to view. You may request an electronic copy of your statement by emailing us at staff@dpns.net or by replying to the text alert regarding your balance.
